One of the nation’s leading drugstores joins the Bureau of Fire Protection in its campaign against fire this Fire Prevention Month. Mercury Drugstore extends its support through allowing the BFP to play videos regarding fire safety and prevention in their big screens which can be viewed in different conspicuous places in Metro Manila.

Starting March 12, the public will be able to watch fire safety tips and reminders at Mercury Drug’s big screens particularly located in Quiapo, Libis, Ortigas, Cubao and St. Luke’s Medical Center until April 13. Aside from safety and preventive measures against fire, the campaign also includes an Audio-Visual Presentation containing information on BFP’s programs and accomplishments.

The BFP and Mercury Drug are positive that the said ad campaign is an effective medium in promoting public awareness and vigilance against fire especially now that summer season has already started. To intensify its mandate, BFP continues to conduct massive information dissemination drive to encourage the community to be fire safety conscious at all times.
